I was in the meetings a couple weeks ago. The company had some guy in suit speaking for them. They had a big book of proposals and it’s like they wanted to change the whole contract.

When I got back to the plant someone put a sign up abut a strike in ’08. That makes me scared. What is a strike for anyway? All the other ons’e I’ve know seem like the shut the place down. Someone told me they was a strike back in the 1980’s. Does anyone know anything about that.

Farmland had the dummies at the plant this summer again but I think the dummies are in those meetings. They don’t tell us anything. What are they doing for those employees?
